Procedures and Conditions for Booking
Bookings can only be made by members and should be made using the member booking forms provided.
Please follow the instructions on the Booking Form.
PLEASE ENCLOSE A STAMPED SELF-ADDRESSED ENVELOPE FOR RETURN OF BOOKING FORM.
Conditions and general information
Normally, confirmation of booking will be sent within 10 days. Please allow fourteen days before telephoning with enquiries. Up to 4 tickets may be booked for each trip, subject to availability. You may send one cheque for multiple bookings made in the first week following receipt of booking list. For later bookings please send a separate cheque for each trip. Cheques may be post dated to the 'book by' date. Theatre tickets will be given to you in an envelope at your boarding point. Please ensure you take your envelope before boarding the coach.
Please note that the coach driver has instructions not to wait after the stated departure time, as theatres do not usually admit latecomers until the first interval.
If for any reason you are unable to come as planned, I may be able to arrange to sell your tickets to those on the waiting list - if there is one- provided you notify me in good time. As this often involves a number of phone calls there is an administration fee of £2 per ticket for this service. Otherwise, however, refunds cannot be made. Your best action is to try to sell your tickets to friends, who in this case need not be club members.
